Inadequate fixing - refers to the removal of text or images from printed matter at a glance
The reasons are as follows:
1. The softening point of the toner is higher than the fixing temperature of the machine;
2. The printing medium is too thick or the surface is too shiny.

Possible causes:
1. Charging roller missing;
2. The charging roller steel sheet is missing;
3. Poor contact between the small spring of the charging roller bracket and the charging roller steel sheet;
4. Poor contact between the charging roller steel sheet and the electrical contact inside the printer;
5. Cleaning blade turnover;
6. The printer high-voltage control power supply is defective.
B. Solution:
1. Confirm that the charging roller has been installed. If not, install a charging roller;
2. Confirm that the charging roller steel sheet has been installed. If not, install a charging roller steel sheet;
3. Check whether the small spring of the charging roller bracket is in good contact with the charging roller steel sheet, and if not, correct it;
4. Confirm that the charging roller steel sheet is in good contact with the electrical contact point of the printer, and if not, correct it;
5. Remove the cleaning scraper and lubricate it before reassembling
6. Repair the high voltage control power supply in the printer.
